Grown With Intention.
Gathered with Care.
Nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills, our flower farm grows from land layered with history — stewarded by native tribes, shaped by Gold Rush miners, and paths wandered by John Muir himself.
When we opened our wedding venue, a flower farm felt like the most natural next step: something that could live in rhythm with the land while giving back to it in a beautifully abundant way.
Pure practices
Organically and regeneratively farmed, without a single pesticide or synthetic fertilizer, is the foundational practice for our Flower Farm. Our secret? Hügelkultur beds, rich compost, and pure spring-fed water. Every bloom is tended by hand, resulting in flowers that are as stunning as they are rare — each one carrying a little piece of this land in every petal.
The gasp-worthy difference
We grow an ever-changing mix of seasonal blooms — many unusual, most hard to find — so your arrangements will feel genuinely yours, not catalog-pulled. And because everything is grown and harvested steps away, the flowers arrive impossibly fresh: more vibrant, more alive, and built to last from your first look to your final dance.
The Artist behind the Flowers
Our floral team doesn't just arrange flowers — they understand the Ranch: its light, its heat, its rhythms (and yes, its deer). That intimacy means your florals are timed and placed with real intention, so they look their absolute best from the moment guests arrive to the last dance of the night.

The flower shop is divided into two parts. There is a front area and walk-in cooler behind an insulated door. The front area of The Flower Shop is a working area for The Ranch and is full of our own tools and supplies and is for Stoney Creek use only. There are times that we have other floral related projects in motion during an event or wedding that is separate from the event in place. The walk-in cooler is available to hold bouquets and finished arrangements as well as a minimal amount of pre-stripped loose floral ready to be used around the venue and staged for your event. (The Ranch at Stoney Creek is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items.)
